At HNF Trading, we are committed to providing quality electronics and exceptional service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@hnftrading.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Clearance or final sale items.
• Items with signs of use or physical damage not caused by shipping.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us promptly if you receive a faulty product.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for non-defective items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
