Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days.
Express shipping: 1–2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Damages

HNF Trading is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and items.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and you will need to follow our return policy.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items, due to size or carrier restrictions, may not be eligible for all shipping methods. We will notify you if there are any shipping constraints.
